Startup Law Initiative

The Startup Law Initiative (SLI) is a pro-bono student-initiated legal services project, which provides law students hands-on transactional work experience and helps underrepresented minority startup founders overcome cost preventative barriers. SLI is a transactional pro bono student-initiated legal services project at Berkeley Law and connects members to law firms and diverse clients. It provides professional development opportunities for members and involves drafting formation documents under the supervision of attorneys.
