Project Sunshine at Berkeley

Volunteer to bring joy and play to meet the psychosocial and developmental needs of pediatric patients! Looking for a unique clinical experience + community service opportunity? Project Sunshine is a chapter-based organization of volunteers that brings comfort and joy to pediatric patients across the United States. Project Sunshine volunteers serve as companions to pediatric patients, and bring creative art activities (i.e. drawing and coloring) and other opportunities for social interaction and learning. Amidst the pandemic, Project Sunshine has transitioned to TelePlay, a program where you work with children via remote activities over Zoom.
