Perennial QT Film Club

Our purpose is to write and produce short films with a focus on LGBTQ+ representation and themes. We intend to discuss issues of queer and trans representation in media and use that to create our own original short film scripts. Perennial is a film club that focuses on LGBTQ+ representation in film and media, holds discussions over these themes, and aims to write short film scripts with those same themes in mind. Our goal is authentic and real feeling representation and we intend to achieve that through holding writer's rooms where there will be a collaborative writing process, and by holding discussions so we can talk about what issues we see present in queer and trans representation today. We intend to be a part of the solution, and create representation through our own short films that incorporates exactly what we think is currently missing.
