Molecular and Cell Biology Undergraduate Student Association

Molecular & Cell Biology Undergraduate Association (mcbUSA), the original MCB student organization sponsored by the MCB department, is a committee-based student organization. mcbUSA works in tandem with the MCB Undergraduate Advising Office (UAO) and other biology-related clubs to provide an excellent student experience at Cal. We are run by a group of driven, passionate, and hardworking MCB students who all want the best for all students in any biology field. We aim to facilitate the formation of relationships between students and faculty, and explore different paths of biological careers in health and industry. By providing valuable resources and hosting a variety of events, we strive to promote the professional and educational development of students at Berkeley. Additionally, we also host the annual Summer Undergraduate Research Program to assist students in finding research opportunities. We are recruiting this semester!
