MOMO BoardGames

We want to build an international boardgames community where people from different places around the world can share the boardgames they like and make friends. Our organization focus more on the international students community. Boardgames is a great way for building friendship. However, we found that people in different region of the world plays very different boardgames because of the complicated rules and the hardship for translation. This largely prevent people with the same interest to make friends with each other. That is why we are building this organization. We want to bring boardgames around the world to Berkeley and provide a community for international students to play boardgames they are familiar with. We will focus not only on game nights, but also on the translation of boardgames from other culture to different languages and a more friendly board game environment for non-native english speakers. We aim to help international students to find a close community that share similar interest and background in berkeley shortly after they arrive and to promote the interaction between boardgames community around the world.
