Le Cercle Français of Berkeley

Le Cercle Français of UC Berkeley assembles francophone students of all levels and cultural backgrounds to engage in informal French conversation and camaraderie outside of the classroom setting. In this group, you can share your passion for the French language among like-minded peers, whether you're a novice or a native speaker! We meet weekly to socialize in French, discussing topics and issues that go beyond the strictly academic discourse you might find in a traditional French class. We also host cultural events, such as French film screenings and potlucks with French food, to promote appreciation and awareness of French culture. Not to mention our academic events featuring French professors, helping members expand their professional network. Plus, we can't forget to mention our fantastic food from authentic La Fournée croissants to crêpe get-togethers at La Crêpe à Moi.
