Hong Kong Student Association (HKSA) is a Registered Student Organization (RSO) at UC Berkeley. Sponsored by Associated Students of University of California (ASUC), we avidly champion the culturally rich blend of the traditional Cantonese legacy and fast-paced modernity, with the objectives of building up an intimate Cantonese community on campus and facilitating cultural exchanges. Every semester, we organize a wide variety of activities, such as BBQ socials, campus tours, family events, detective games, Chinese New Year and Valentine's Day parties, karaoke contests, and senior banquets. As a member club of East Asian Union (EAU), we also collaborate with other member clubs, such as Chinese Student Association, Taiwanese Student Association, and Singapore Malaysia Student Association on organizing events, such as the EAU Night Market, Halloween parties, et cetera. Our club is open to anyone and everyone who is interested in Hong Kong culture and further build their community here at Cal.
