First Generation Professionals

First Generation Professionals (FGP) is a student-led group that strives to address the needs of first-generation law students through mentorship, career advising, and social activities. Born of the common experiences and challenges of students from working-class backgrounds who are often the first in their family to attend college, FGP is a truly diverse community that fosters inclusiveness, well-being, and academic achievement throughout students’ time at Berkeley Law.
