To build a community that represent the Habesha community. Habesha means Eritreans, and Ethiopians nationality of people. The Eritrean-Ethiopian Student Association (EESA), also known as the Habesha Club at UC Berkeley, is a vibrant and inclusive student organization dedicated to celebrating and promoting the rich and diverse cultures of Eritrea and Ethiopia, as well as those of the broader diaspora. Our organization was founded with a passion for cultural exchange and community-building, aiming to create a welcoming and supportive environment for both Ethiopian and Eritrean students at UC Berkeley.
