Career Readiness Program at Berkeley

CRP at Berkeley aims to empower underprivileged students with career experience, by creating a platform that bridges the gap between education and the work industry, paving the way for a new wave of industry leaders. Youth are the future leaders of tomorrow, as they are the future workforce for every imaginable industry. However, there is a present lack of an effective structure that adequately equips students with the tools necessary to work within industry, expecting students to have the self-knowledge to maneuver current systems. We are dedicated to supporting youth career development through hands-on technical experiences and providing youth with a supportive community they can thrive in.
