California Asylum Representation Clinic

Through CARC, Berkeley Law students, under the supervision of attorneys, represent asylum-seekers. The California Asylum Representation Clinic’s primary mission is to help guide and represent asylum seekers. CARC’s secondary goal is to train Berkeley Law students in critical lawyering skills including interviewing, client management, and immigration law.
