Berkeley Women in Business

The mission of Berkeley Women in Business (BWIB) is to empower the business leaders of tomorrow through leadership development and discourse about gender equity in the workforce. Berkeley Women in Business (BWIB) was founded in 2005 by a group of dedicated and enthusiastic female Berkeley students hoping to pursue professional careers in business. The current purpose of Berkeley Women in Business is to foster professional development, provide career-networking opportunities, and educate our members about the contemporary issues that continue to dominate the world of business today. We strive to develop our members into well-rounded individuals with the skills necessary for future employment in professional industries. Our workshops are aimed at increasing our members' understanding of areas such as finance, consulting, and technology.
