Berkeley Journal of Entertainment and Sports Law

The Berkeley Journal of Entertainment & Sports Law (BJESL) is a student-run publication and scholarly community dedicated to fostering high-level, timely discussion of legal issues that contemporaneously impact the entertainment and sports world, both domestically and internationally. As an interactive and completely-online law journal, BJESL presents a unique platform for rich, diverse legal analysis that will serve scholars, practitioners, and students in these fields. Issues will contain approximately four articles by professors, practitioners, or students on current topics relating to sports and entertainment law.
