Student Union Program, Entertainment, and Recreation Board (SUPERB) SUPERB the Student Union Program- Entertainment - and Recreation Board is a student-run branch of the Associated Students of the University of California (ASUC) at the University of California - Berkeley dedicated to providing entertainment for the entire campus and community.
