ASUC - Student Union Board

The Board is composed of UC Berkeley students, staff, and faculty. The Board establishes policy and provides oversight for all Student Union commercial activities in a manner consistent with University policies. The ASUC Student Union reports to both Student Affairs and the Student Union Board of Directors. The Chancellor and the ASUC give the Board the authority necessary for it to carry out its functions.
